Under "Patient", select "Get Started". On the bottom left of the next page, under "Already working with one of our health care practitioners?" select "Enter your Patient Direct Code here." Type in T3S8F9. That takes you to Step 2 of 3. They will send us an email to accept you, we will accept you, they will email you your account number and you will finish from there. After that, you just login each time to place your orders and have them shipped directly to you.
